Ugh computers. Bitter sweet. I love them but through blogging, I don't write in my journal as much as I used to. I'm a huge journal writer. I always tried to write in it as much as possible and if not every day then at least about the happenings and "firsts" in my life. However, since I've started blogging a year and a half ago, my journal writing has decreased. Hopefully, I will get better.
So.. now. On to other things that don't even matter.
For those of you who know me, know that I ABSOLUTELY love music. I could listen to music all day and never get bored. I love to sing and dance to it. I think music is a great way to express any feeling and/or emotion in almost every situation. The music we listen to on the radio as we cruise down the road, the hymns we sing in church that express our love for the Savior, to the tunes we exercise to when we are relieving stress. It is all wonderful. So, I want to list some of my all-time favorite songs. Some might surprise you or seem cheesy but I have come to love them and I could listen to over and over.
*I'll Be by Edwin Mcain: A love song I never get tired of hearing. I want to dance to this at my wedding.
*Imagine by John Lennon: Classic. Enough Said.
*Yellow by Coldplay: Sweet expression of sacrifice
*My Little Girl by Tim McGraw: I think of my dad every time I hear it.
*Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing: Plea to our Savior
*I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston: Powerful
I said it was cheesy, I know, but these are songs I feel should never be unnoticed.
I had a date Monday night. We really wanted to watch Taken but it wouldn't work in my dvd player. GRRR! I've been wanting to see it for soooooo long and I've heard great things about it. Hopefully, I'll see it soon.
On another note, if you get a chance, go to YouTube and type in Connie Talbot. She's an 8 year old who, at six, auditioned for Britains Got Talent. The judges thought it was a joke and when she started to sing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" tears started falling. She has the sweetest voice and is amazing. She also sang "I Will Always Love You" and it took my breath away.

Yeah, cheesy...indeed. Whitney Houston? C'mon! haha I bet that's what you were singing when you got in your accident. "I will always looooo *wham!*" You actually did have some good music on your playlist though, I can't poke too much fun!
And I haven't seen Brad or Chan in a really long time, I guess I kind of disappeared for a few years haha.
Ashlie I am the same way with music! There is constantly a song in my ears or a song in my head. Music is one of the most powerful elements in my life. I have found a few people that have come close to being my "musical soulmate". If you've seen Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist that is where that line is from. This guy Enrique is the closest so far but he doesn't like country so not completely. So I know what you mean. And I have to admit that when I was going through a previous playlist of yours, that is when I fell in LOVE with Secondhand Serenade! I'm constantly on the prowl for new music, I love it ALL!!
